A leading financial services firm is seeking a CRM Manager to own and enhance its DealCloud platform. This is a high-impact role partnering with investment professionals, data teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve reporting, and drive CRM adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary DealCloud subject matter expert and platform owner.
  • Lead CRM enhancements, reporting, dashboards, automation, and user experience improvements.
  • Develop and execute the CRM roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Drive user training, support, documentation, and adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of CRM, business systems, or platform management experience.
  • Strong hands-on DealCloud administration and configuration expertise.
  • Understanding of investment banking, private equity, capital markets, or related financial services workflows.
  • Experience leading CRM implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Prior DealCloud experience within an investment bank, private equity firm, or asset manager.
  • Familiarity with Celeste AI, CRM governance, data quality, and workflow automation.
