A leading financial services firm is seeking a CRM Manager to own and enhance its DealCloud platform. This is a high-impact role partnering with investment professionals, data teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve reporting, and drive CRM adoption across the organization. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary DealCloud subject matter expert and platform owner. Lead CRM enhancements, reporting, dashboards, automation, and user experience improvements. Develop and execute the CRM roadmap aligned with business goals. Drive user training, support, documentation, and adoption initiatives. Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of CRM, business systems, or platform management experience. Strong hands-on DealCloud administration and configuration expertise. Understanding of investment banking, private equity, capital markets, or related financial services workflows. Experience leading CRM implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

Prior DealCloud experience within an investment bank, private equity firm, or asset manager. Familiarity with Celeste AI, CRM governance, data quality, and workflow automation.
