Vice President - Global Strategic Marketing, Biosurgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Vice President to lead the Global Strategic Marketing for our Biosurgery portfolio—advanced surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global strategic marketing program to achieve profitable and sustainable growth, managing the portfolio P&L including revenue, gross margin, and ROI.
Drive end‑to‑end product strategy, including customer insight, product positioning, KOL engagement, and competitive dynamics.
Prioritize the product pipeline and align cross‑functional resources to deliver both short‑term and long‑term goals, including launch commitments and cost‑improvement projects.
Build business cases for new product innovations and secure investment to execute the growth agenda.
Partner with BioSurgery teams to develop an integrated innovation pipeline and enhance the customer experience.
Shape the short‑ and long‑term vision for market and product portfolio strategies and communicate strategic alignment across geographies.
Collaborate with Surgery BU, platform leadership, and regional teams to coordinate execution.
Build and lead a high‑performing, inclusive team, mentoring diverse leaders through change.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 12years of business experience, including 5years of marketing experience and 5years of leadership with people‑management responsibilities.
Proven track record in leading innovative problem solving, translating customer insights into solutions, and delivering results with globally dispersed teams.
Experience launching new products and conducting market research, voice‑of‑customer analysis, and strategic portfolio management.
Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence worldwide cross‑functional partners.
Up to 40% travel (national and international).
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated increased marketing and commercial responsibilities.
Experience managing a diverse product portfolio through all life‑cycle stages.
Background in P&L management, franchise leadership, or GM roles.
Experience creating new markets or market segments.
Cross‑functional experience in Sales, Finance, R&D, etc.
Medical device or healthcare industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $199,000.00 – $366,850.00. Eligible for the company’s consolidated retirement plan, 401(k) savings plan, and long‑term incentive program. Benefits include vacation, sick time, holiday pay, personal and family time, parental leave, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, and military spouse time‑off.
