Director of Sales

for a thriving senior living community near New Castle, Pennsylvania.

This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building connections, generating referrals, and helping seniors and their families navigate an important life transition. The Director of Sales will be responsible for maintaining strong occupancy through a combination of community outreach, referral development, lead management, and resident move-in coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about serving seniors.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners
Execute external business development initiatives to generate qualified leads and increase community awareness
Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the sales process
Manage inquiries, follow-up activities, and lead conversion efforts
Coordinate and participate in networking events, community outreach programs, and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records within the CRM system
Partner with community leadership to ensure a positive resident and family experience
Qualifications
Prior experience in senior living sales, healthcare sales, business development, community relations, or a related field
Demonstrated success building relationships and generating referrals
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through the decision-making process
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive community culture
