Responsibilities
- Assess customer mastering & data architecture and provide expert recommendations
- Guide project delivery with timely execution and advanced enhancements
- Define execution boundaries between internal systems & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Lead preference mart upgrades, ensuring compliance with opt-out preferences
- Shape end-to-end campaign execution strategies and anticipate future requirements
- Recommend best practices for data exchange across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, LiveRamp & other platforms
- Leverage both real-time & static data for campaign effectiveness
- Drive innovation with improvements beyond legacy system replication
Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Architecture experience
- Expertise in customer mastering, compliance & preference mart management
- Strong knowledge of campaign execution strategies & integrations
- Experience working with Adobe, LiveRamp & other third-party ecosystems
- Excellent leadership, consulting & stakeholder management skills
