Your Impact
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for hands‑on management of paid search programs, campaigns, and day‑to‑day optimization. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid search programs and campaigns including text ads and shopping
- Create search marketing plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
- Manage multi‑million‑dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
- Stay current on the latest digital and AI marketing trends, identify new and emerging search marketing opportunities, and influence innovation
