Overview
Piper Companies is currently seeking an Engagement Manager / Project Manager for an opportunity in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading client relationships and managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion within complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally
- Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency
- Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals
- Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements
- Oversee project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals
- Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Identify and support new business opportunities and future project engagements
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering value to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required
- 5–10 years of experience, ideally within healthcare architecture or related industry
- Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Compensation
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000+ depending on experience
