The Engagement Manager provides leadership from project inception to completion.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
5-10 years' experience ideally within healthcare architecture
Strong communication and collaboration skills; personable
Facilitation and presentation skills
Strong leadership
Entrepreneurial spirit
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Experience in Project Management or related field
