What You'll Do (Year One)
- Own the client experience: prep agendas, co-lead meetings, translate complex topics into plain English, and drive next steps.
- Deliver white-glove follow-through: same-day to 48-hour turnaround depending on the task; under-promise/over-deliver.
- Keep the engine tight: document cleanly, update plans/IPS, coordinate with attorneys/CPAs, and manage tasks in CRM.
- Spot opportunities: surface planning and portfolio recommendations; support Wealth Managers on sophisticated cases (estate, tax, charitable, legacy/wealth transfer).
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 days (in-office training): Work onsite 5 days a week, master our standards, tools, and SLAs, begin co-leading select meetings, and ensure consistent, proactive follow-through.
- By 180 days: Series 65 in hand (if not already); begin co-leading select meetings; manage ~25-35 households within SLAs.
- By 12 months: manage ~3060 households, independently drive action items, maintain white-glove responsiveness, reliably co-lead most meetings, and demonstrate readiness for the WM track.

Day-One Qualifications
- 2+ years in comprehensive planning and/or RIA experience (HNW preferred).
- Licensing: Series 65 (or CFP in progress ); must obtain Series 65 by day 180 .
- Tools: Experience with Tamarac, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, Nitrogen, RightCapital is a plus (not required).

Work Model
- Training (90 days): 5 days/week in the office (The Woodlands).
- Post-training hybrid: Up to 2 days WFH weekly.
- Hours: 8am5pm CST; occasional events outside office hours.
- Travel: minimal and voluntary.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $75,000-$90,000 (experience-based).
- Quarterly override on revenue serviced .
- Profit share: eligible immediately (~10% of total comp , historically).
- OTE: ~$100k in year one , $120k+ in following years for strong performers.
