This leader will also lead and champion a global approach to brand marketing for our industry leading RYOBI brand, driving best practices and consistency across the globe.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Lead and scale digital marketing and advertising across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels
- Drive data-led decision-making, including KPI development, marketing analytics, and ROI optimization
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, product marketing & positioning, and integrated campaign execution
- Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with a focus on leadership and talent development
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative Marketing, Product & Channel Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomes
- Champion a consumer-centric approach across all marketing initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles
- Proven success in digital transformation, performance marketing, and brand building
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and growth
- Background in power tools, consumer durables, industrial, or related industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams
