GTM, (f/m/x), Germany Remote or Hybrid, Berlin - Agentic AI
What you will do
As a GTM at Wonderful , you will drive country-wide growth by helping enterprise leaders bridge the gap between Generative AI experiments and Agentic AI outcomes.
You lead and close high-stakes deals across the region, expand existing relationships, and turn complex sales cycles into durable revenue streams.
This is a hunter role for senior sales professionals who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and are accustomed to winning complex enterprise deals in fast-moving environments.
You will:
- Build and grow trusted relationships with CxOs, IT leaders, and C-level executives in large enterprises
- Own and expand strategic accounts, turning them into long-term success stories
- Open new client relationships and land net-new customers across the region
- Drive measurable growth within the accounts you own
- Hit and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- You lead commercial discussions across pricing models, legal terms, and procurement processes in enterprise environments
- Sell on value, not features, using a solution-based approach tied to real business outcomes
- Maintain accurate and actionable account data in Salesforce, including use cases, timelines, forecasts, and next steps
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term customer success
You will spend time engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex buying processes, and building credibility through clear, outcome-driven conversations.

Who you are
- Several years of consistently exceeding sales targets in SaaS or AI-driven solutions
- Proven experience closing large, complex enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder buying cycles
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and prioritise effectively
- Strong relationships with CxOs and senior decision-makers at enterprise level
- A hunter mentality with a record of generating new opportunities and closing deals
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-growth environments with limited oversight
- Able to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value
- Proven success working with System Integrators and Hyperscalers on joint enterprise deals
- Fluent English plus fluent German, with confidence communicating at executive level
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or data-driven platforms
- Background working with complex enterprise customer service or operations environments
- Experience building a territory or vertical from an early stage
- Familiarity with modern enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles
