Job Description:

The purpose of the position is to team up with current worship staff to plan and execute gospel-rich worship services. Responsibilities include:

Grow and lead the team of worship arts individuals (musicians and vocalists)
Participate in planning worship services with a redemptive arc of creation, fall, redemption, restoration
Help build a worship culture that forms believers and is accessible to non-churched guests
Be part of a team that executes the worship service
Include a mix of historic and modern songs

Position Qualifications:

Comfortable and experienced in worship leadership
Skilled in leading from guitar; helpful if skilled at keyboard or drums
A team player; shared heart for our vision for worship
People skills: can inspire and grow the team of people handling sound, lights, streaming, video, and those participating in the worship team
Available to serve 15 hours/week
