We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling, community impact, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just “do marketing,” but brings the brand to life through people, events, and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Experience & Community Impact
    • Create memorable experiences for both Guests and Team Members through events, promotions, and intentional moments
    • Develop and execute a community connection strategy (annual, quarterly, and monthly) that drives growth and engagement
    • Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand our reach and influence
    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Chick-fil-A and our Operator with excellence and consistency
  • Culture & Team Engagement
    • Design and implement culture-building initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale
    • Plan internal celebrations, recognition moments, and team-building events
    • Partner with leadership to ensure our culture is not just talked about — but felt daily
  • Manage and execute social media strategy and content creation
  • Utilize digital tools, including email marketing and other platforms to increase engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to continuously improve results
  • Build on past successful campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
  • Operations & Leadership Support
    • Collaborate closely with the Operator and leadership team on weekly priorities and administrative responsibilities
    • Be willing to step into operations when needed — serving guests, supporting the team, and leading by example

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in marketing, communications, business, or leadership
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations
