Global Sales Marketing Manager (6‑month contract)

MiQ is a programmatic media partner specializing in data science, analytics, and omnichannel programmatic trading. We seek a motivated, dynamic Global Sales Marketing Manager to cover a 6‑month parental leave period.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders in Product Marketing, sales, strategy, and product departments globally to identify and prioritize sales collateral, training, and communication needs around paid social, YouTube, and advanced TV.
- Translate product capabilities into market‑facing narratives and sales collateral, creating pitch decks, one‑page sheets, prospecting scripts, and packages for sales enablement, working closely with the brand creative team to ensure attractive design.
- Design and execute internal communications, documentation, and training materials focused on enabling sales teams across markets (US, Europe, Canada, LATAM, India, China, Australia, Southeast Asia).
- Source and create case studies around paid social, YouTube, and advanced TV.
- Manage delivery and organization of sales collateral through tools such as Seismic, Google Sites, Confluence, and HubSpot.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing role.
- Experience in an ad‑tech business or media agency working in digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to independently create compelling sales collateral.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including social media and/or TV and video, and proficiency in translating technical data and product concepts into narratives that appeal to advertisers and media agencies.
- Expert stakeholder management skills, including coordination, persuasion, accountability, and feedback.
- Comfort working in a fast, dynamic, quickly changing environment.

Pay Transparency
Pay range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (New York).
