We’re seeking a high-energy, self-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts, strengthen brand awareness, and drive growth—especially for our Tumble Fresh brand, regarded as the Midwest’s premier laundromat chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage digital presence, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns
- Oversee content creation, advertising, public relations, and event planning
- Analyze marketing data to improve performance and ROI
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage budgets and sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required)
- 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or healthcare sectors)
- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
