The Regional Wholesale Manager will lead wholesale sales strategy and execution across the Northeast region, driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and elevating the visibility of the Far Niente Wine Estates portfolio in key markets.
This leader will oversee and develop District Managers, collaborate cross‑functionally across the organization, and ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities throughout the region.
This role oversees the Northeast region from Maine through Virginia. Candidates must reside in the greater New York City market.
Essential Responsibilities and Strategic & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute regional business strategies that drive growth, strengthen market share, and reinforce the luxury positioning of the Far Niente Wine Estates portfolio.
- Leverage market insights, distributor analytics, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and accelerate performance across the region.
- Lead, coach, and inspire District Managers to elevate execution, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver exceptional market results.
- Develop future leaders through mentorship, accountability, and ongoing talent development initiatives.
- Build influential relationships with distributor leadership to drive alignment, execution, and long‑term business growth.
- Lead negotiations and business planning discussions that create strong partnerships and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Own regional forecasting, business planning, and performance management to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and recommend strategies to maximize ROI and market impact.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within wine, spirits, or luxury beverage industries
- Proven success managing distributor relationships across multiple states or regions
- Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and execution skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
- Full body mobility
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
