Overview

The Dow Jones B2B Industries Marketing team is looking to hire a collaborative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to support Dow Jones Newswires and Dow Jones Factiva. The team drives growth in partnership with the product and sales teams, focusing on campaigns that drive awareness, growth, and deepen relationships in target industries and accounts.

As part of the Industries vertical, this role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Industries Marketing and works on-site in the Midtown Manhattan office at least 3 days per week.

You Will

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Product, and the Business team to develop campaigns that align product, target audiences, and buying groups, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue generation.
  • Conduct ongoing investigation into target industries and audience personas to understand evolving customer needs; translate insights into tailored value propositions for different end-user roles to connect product features with customer value.
  • Manage the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns and oversee the creative development of campaign assets, including briefs, feedback, and rollout for all campaign assets.
  • Test, track, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns; compile regular reports to ensure marketing efforts are driving growth and meet ROI targets.
  • Support product roll-out, enhancements, and new products with associated marketing promotion for the B2B products, ensuring materials are refreshed.
  • Manage webinars in support of B2B products from end-to-end, including creation of assets, promotion schedules, and reporting.

You Have

  • 9+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Lead Generation experience preferred
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with multitasking, prioritization, stakeholder management at all levels, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed company model
  • Extensive written and verbal communication skills, and strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Willingness to work in our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week

Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000
