Vice President of Sales | Healthcare / Senior Living

EverTrue is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to provide enterprise-wide leadership for all sales activities across our Life Plan Communities (LPC) and Anywhere Care service line.

This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive occupancy, revenue growth, and market performance while ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance. The Vice President of Sales will oversee enterprise sales operations, provide leadership and support to local sales teams, and ensure consistency in sales systems, processes, and performance standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise and market-specific sales strategies
  • Establish annual sales budgets, occupancy goals, and revenue targets in partnership with Operations and Finance leadership
  • Provide executive-level reporting on occupancy performance, pipeline activity, revenue growth, and key business risks
  • Oversee pricing strategy for entrance fees and monthly service fees while monitoring competitive market positioning
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Communications to drive coordinated go-to-market strategies, advertising initiatives, lead generation, outreach, networking, and brand positioning
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support strategic growth and service enhancements
  • Ensure consistent use of sales methodologies, CRM systems, performance metrics, and reporting standards across all sales teams
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, coaching, and performance management of sales leaders and sales professionals
  • Design and implement ongoing sales training programs focused on consultative selling, objection handling, value-based pricing, and lead management
  • Oversee sales incentive compensation programs and performance accountability initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the Director of Revenue Enhancement, Sales Specialists, Move-In Specialists, and additional assigned team members
  • Oversee relationships with key business development partners and managed care providers to maximize reimbursement opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Lead the EverTrue Move-In Resources Program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or equivalent senior-level experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive senior sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success selling senior living products and services, including Entrance Fee Life Plan Community contracts
  • Proven success in enterprise-level sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership capabilities in coaching, strategic planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively engage executive leadership, board members, business partners, team members, residents, and public stakeholders
