The Associate Director of HCP Marketing will lead healthcare professional marketing strategy and execution for Asthma indications in the U.S. This highly visible role requires a forward‑looking individual with deep marketing expertise and the ability to navigate complex alliance partnerships. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross‑functional and alliance teams to advance product growth, contribute to the brand’s financial success, and strengthen its leadership position in Pulmonology. This position reports to the Director, Pulmonology HCP Marketing.

Typical Day

  • Lead the HCP marketing strategy for the Asthma indication, ensuring full integration with the broader brand strategy.
  • Act as a key advocate for the brand strategy, clearly articulating priorities and ensuring alignment with Regeneron, Sanofi, and other critical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of HCP engagement strategies, messages, and tactical campaigns tailored to pulmonologists and advanced practice providers.
  • Build and deploy a competitive market strategy that proactively addresses evolving competitors and market dynamics.
  • Drive strong cross‑functional and alliance collaboration, partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, and HEOR to deliver cohesive, compliant, and impactful initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing programs comply with corporate policies, regulatory/ethical frameworks, and alliance standards.
  • Track and manage marketing spend, timelines, and deliverables to meet budget, scope, and performance expectations.

To be considered for the role, we expect a Bachelor’s degree (required). An MBA is strongly preferred. We are also seeking 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related field, and 8+ years of U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas. Preferably, there is experience in Respiratory and/or Immunology. The position requires onsite presence in Sleepy Hollow, NY, four days a week, with willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Salary Range (annually)

$157,200.00 - $256,600.00
