Summary

The Media & Analytics Marketing Lead for Wholesale North America shapes customer-led marketing strategy, media investment, and insights to support wholesale commercial objectives while protecting brand positioning. This role partners with sales and cross-functional teams to translate seasonal strategies into account-specific approaches and to elevate retail media partnerships. The Lead drives measurement frameworks and advanced analytics to inform investment decisions and improve customer lifecycle performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing planning and investment frameworks that balance commercial priorities and brand‑building objectives.
  • Translate seasonal strategies and account plans into customer‑led wholesale channel approaches and KPIs.
  • Oversee media strategy, planning, and buying, and manage relationships with retail media networks and premium partners.
  • Own digital marketing investment management including budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Lead performance measurement and advanced analytics to evaluate incremental sales impact and brand health.
  • Integrate CRM, transactional, and media data to produce customer reporting, segmentation, and actionable insights.
  • Align workflows across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Sales, Merchandising, and Real Estate to ensure brand‑consistent execution.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing leadership experience within wholesale, retail, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to balance brand building and performance marketing in partner‑led environments.
  • Strong experience with advanced analytics, customer insights, measurement frameworks, and incrementality analysis.
  • Experience working with retail media networks and managing premium partner relationships.
  • Hands‑on ability to integrate CRM, transactional, and media data to inform lifecycle and acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior‑level presentation capability.
