Supporting a high-accountability environment, the full-time Operations Technician II will manage 24/7 operations for State, Local, and Educational customers, monitor network devices, and maintain support services for internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Support 24/7/365 operations for customers
Monitor network devices using platforms like SolarWinds and Meraki Dashboard
Create and maintain trouble tickets for incidents and customer requests
Required qualifications
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability
Experience in a high-paced NOC environment or related field
Foundational understanding of networking technologies
Willingness to work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
