Corporate Development Director

To shape long-term growth strategy, the full-time remote Corporate Development Director will manage strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions while collaborating with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
Key responsibilities

Define and develop corporate development strategy aligned with growth objectives
Lead end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing, valuation modeling, and negotiation
Conduct market landscape analysis to inform build vs buy decisions

Required qualifications

9+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
Proven track record in leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing through integration
Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
Experience presenting to executive teams and Boards of Directors
Data-driven and highly analytical with experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred
