Director of Corporate Development

CarterPierce is partnering with a leading, PE-backed healthcare company in a fast-growing category to recruit a Director of Corporate Development.

About the Role
The Director will lead a lean team and own a high-velocity M&A process from evaluation through close, including financial modeling, valuation, Investment Committee materials, LOI development, due diligence, and physician relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead a lean team in the M&A process from evaluation through close

Conduct financial modeling and valuation

Prepare Investment Committee materials

Develop Letters of Intent (LOI)

Qualifications

7–8 years of post-undergraduate experience

Prior investment banking experience, with additional private equity or corporate development exposure

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills

Proven ability to manage multiple deals and senior stakeholders
