Key responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and decision-making for always-on content series
Define and refine operational processes, including content calendars and production workflows
Oversee timelines and publishing deadlines, identifying and escalating blockers to maintain content schedules
Required qualifications
12+ years of experience in Program Management, Content Operations, or Project Management
Proven track record in building and operationalizing recurring content programs at a large digital brand
Strong understanding of organic social content production across various platforms
Experience managing high-volume content workflows with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and balance creative quality with operational needs
