Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with the bank’s high-value and strategic clients, providing strategic advice on financial solutions to ensure exceptional service.
Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients and cross‑selling bank products, including credit, trust/investment, and cash management services.
Structure complex deals, secure credit approvals, and negotiate high‑value transactions while identifying opportunities for cross‑selling.
Review loan applications and cash management service agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with risk management standards.
Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem‑solving to resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop market strategies, identify opportunities, and expand client portfolios by leveraging industry trends and competitor information.
Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences, delivering insights on trends and emerging products to inform strategic decisions.
Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies, address client needs, and drive holistic business solutions.
Prepare reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and market trends for senior executives, providing insights and recommendations.
Analyze market trends and client industry developments to inform solution strategies and optimize client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define products, solutions, and strategies that best fit client needs and identify share‑of‑wallet opportunities.
Leverage analysis tools to grow a portfolio that exceeds ROE thresholds and assess client returns continuously.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and policies, mitigating risk while maintaining service standards.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics.
Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Other related disciplines with comparable experience accepted.
Strong product knowledge, regulatory compliance, structuring deals, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment skills.
Advanced proficiency in project management, customer service, problem solving, negotiation, and customer relationship building.
Expert level financial analysis capabilities.
For credit‑qualifiable roles, required credit qualification and knowledge according to portfolio standards.
Salary

Salary range: $88,800.00 – $165,600.00. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience and may include commission and performance‑based incentives.
