Youth Pathways Initiative (YPI) is a school-facing education venture that partners with high schools to deliver practical financial literacy programming. Rather than functioning as a curriculum vendor, YPI serves as an implementation partner—combining structured programming, near-peer facilitation, and school-facing operational support to help institutions deliver high-quality financial literacy experiences without increasing administrative burden.
Financial literacy education is gaining momentum nationally, yet implementation remains a persistent challenge. YPI exists to close that gap. We are currently in our validation stage and building a disciplined founding team to support responsible growth and long-term execution.

YPI is seeking a Founding Head of Marketing & Growth to lead early growth execution, strengthen external positioning, and build the systems that support disciplined outreach and partnership development.
This is a hands‑on founding team role. You will work directly with YPI's founder and executive team across outreach, pipeline management, brand, digital presence, and market‑facing communications. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with sound written judgment, organizational discipline, and a demonstrated ability to execute with minimal oversight.

Compensation

This role is designed for candidates who value direct ownership, early‑stage operating experience, and mission‑aligned work at a foundational stage of a venture.
