Seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee B2B commerce operations, enterprise integrations, and service management initiatives across a complex SAP Commerce ecosystem. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive scalable commerce solutions supporting both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of B2B commerce platforms, operational processes, and enterprise ordering workflows.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify process improvements, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Oversee backend operations across SAP Commerce Cloud and integrated enterprise systems, including order management, fulfillment, shipping, billing, invoicing, inventory, and operational integrations.
  • Support D2C commerce operations, customer experience initiatives, and ecommerce growth strategies.
  • Manage service and repair workflows within SAP and related business systems.
  • Coordinate with ERP teams to ensure alignment across commerce, operational, and financial processes.
  • Manage third-party vendors and system integration partners, ensuring quality delivery and execution.
  • Support global rollouts, implementations, testing, deployments, and post-production support activities.

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, enterprise applications, commerce operations, ERP, or related business systems.
  • Strong experience with B2B commerce operations, order management, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience supporting complex ecommerce ecosystems with ERP and backend integrations.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, drive process improvements, and influence decision-making.
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, or system integration partners.
  • SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise ERP experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer products, manufacturing, or omnichannel environments.
  • Exposure to service management or repair operations.
  • Experience supporting international deployments and enterprise-scale implementations.
