Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities.
As part of the sales process, create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and sell with a goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities
Develop territory in southern metro Indianapolis (Avon, Plainfield, Mooresville, Greenwood, Southport, Beech Grove, Edinburgh, Columbus, Seymour, and Shelbyville).
Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations.
Promote bundled products and exceed financial and unit targets.
Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities.
Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects’ communication effectiveness.
Maintain a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
Team with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that yields monthly quota performance above target.
Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
Adhere to company standards, maintain punctual and regular attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Applicants may be considered with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
Certifications (if applicable).
Relevant Work Experience: 5‑7 years in a sales role.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $55,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $105,000.00
