Overview
Our client specializes in moving temperature-controlled freight and other protected cargoes for customers throughout the continental United States and is seeking a highly motivated, achievement-driven Director of Sales and Marketing . Reporting directly to the COO this position will maintain existing clients and develop new client relationship. This is a remote, customer-facing position that will lead the Sales and Marketing strategy for Cold Carriers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales and Marketing strategy for Cold Carriers, maintain existing clients and develop new client relationships. This is a remote, customer-facing position that reports to the COO.
- Manage the implementation and management of several concurrent projects, including the implementation of Stock Plan Administration and Employee Broker Services for corporate clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the client relationship, ensuring that the client and other team members understand and perform their responsibilities, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and continuously assess project risks.
