Digital Marketing Account Manager: Chicago, IL – C‑4 Analytics
The ideal candidate understands the benefits of in‑person teamwork and is available to work from our office a minimum of three days per week.

C‑4 Analytics is a fast‑growing, private, full‑service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Responsibilities

Portfolio & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary advocate and day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of 12+ clients, proactively managing satisfaction and performance for retention.

Strategic Execution & Optimization: Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and pitch to setup and execution—across Paid Search, Social, and Web, and perform regular platform checks.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze traffic, propose optimizations, and deliver monthly reports that translate data into compelling narratives.

Cross‑Functional & Third‑Party Coordination: Lead internal teams (Creative, Content, Paid Search) and external vendors to ensure timely implementation and task tracking within JIRA.

Communication & Presentation: Lead weekly client update meetings and maintain professional, timely communication with stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all marketing assets meet brand standards, regulatory compliance, and receive client approval before launch.

Operational Agility: Handle additional duties as assigned and travel as necessary to support clients and business objectives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Must‑Haves

3+ years of Digital Marketing, Account Management, or direct client‑facing experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Strong presentation skills—ability to demonstrate value and serve as a trusted digital advisor.

Excellent written and verbal communication—professional emails to clients and third parties.

Demonstrated time management and project management skills.

Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice‑To‑Haves

2+ years building multi‑faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and Email.

Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.

Experience with a project management tool, preferably JIRA.

Experience working with or in the automotive industry.

Compensation
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The base range is $60,000.00 – $75,000.00, negotiable based on skills and expertise.
