Senior Associate, Studio Design

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Product Designer to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities

Lead with a user-centered design approach to create seamless product experiences for banking products.
Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys across customers, operations, servicing teams and systems to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Design complex web interfaces and workflows with intuitive layouts, navigation patterns, and interaction models; thoughtfully use animation and micro-interactions to guide users and enhance the product experience.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals and technical constraints.
Contribute to a global design system and develop reusable components for use by multiple teams.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders to build alignment and enthusiasm for the product vision.
Qualifications

Typically 3–8 years of experience in product design, or equivalent expertise demonstrated through a portfolio and impact.
A portfolio is required to be considered for this position (Figma link, PDF, or personal site).
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro) and in user-centered design, journey mapping, and design systems.

Compensation and Employment Terms

Base salary and total compensation are determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and may include discretionary bonuses and benefits as part of the total rewards package. This position is at-will.
