Job Overview
We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to the Director of Marketing and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own!
Responsibilities
Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, posters, digital graphics, event assets, and internal collateral to support marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time through execution of defined projects.
Prepare print-ready and digital files in accordance with established specifications and production standards to ensure consistency, quality, and efficient handoff to vendors or internal partners.
Support updates and revisions to existing marketing materials as needed, maintaining accuracy and alignment with current campaigns and business needs.
Coordinate and manage incoming marketing requests from branch locations and internal departments, ensuring accurate intake, tracking, and timely execution of assigned deliverables in support of business needs.
Maintain project timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and on-time completion by following established workflows and deadlines.
Provide marketing support for branch promotions, community events, and openings, ensuring timely execution of materials and activities aligned with established marketing plans and brand standards.
Coordinate signage, graphics, and supporting materials for branch events, managing logistics and deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and on‑time completion.
Assist with the selection, ordering, and distribution of promotional products, supporting marketing initiatives by executing established processes and vendor guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors to request pricing, place orders, and track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of materials in alignment with project needs.
Maintain visibility into promotional product inventory and usage, supporting efficient tracking and replenishment through established systems and procedures.
Support brand audits of branch locations by reviewing signage, displays, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with established brand standards and guidelines, and assist in coordinating updates, replacements, or corrections to maintain brand compliance.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Schedule may vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday; work on‑site at branch location; travel may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in marketing, design, or marketing support role.
Demonstrated experience in graphic design for print and digital applications.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop with the ability to produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned materials.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
