LHH is partnering with one of our valued clients to identify their next Strategy Business Development Manager in the Florida market. The ideal candidate will support strategic growth initiatives, manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to support long‑term objectives and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen strategic customer relationships across existing and prospective accounts

Support business growth initiatives focused on market expansion and revenue generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities within transportation, logistics, and related industries

Partner with internal leadership teams on pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial initiatives

Support CRM activity, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to support strategic planning efforts

Prepare and present client-facing business proposals and presentations

Maintain accurate account activity, sales reporting, and customer engagement documentation

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, and account management

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday

Salary Range
$140,000-$150,000 annually plus 15% bonus
