Role
We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to help bring a growing brand to life. Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; Create engaging photo and video content that aligns with the brand voice; Monitor social trends, test new content formats, and optimize engagement; Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and audience interaction

Email Marketing: Build and deploy marketing campaigns using email platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools; Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and promotions; Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Events & Community Engagement: Support planning and execution of local events, workshops, and community activations; Coordinate logistics, outreach, vendor communication, and follow-up; Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations; Track event performance and overall campaign impact

Campaign & Brand Support: Assist with promotional campaigns across multiple service lines; Create marketing materials and graphics using Canva or similar platforms; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels; Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with operational initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; Internship experience or 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content creation, events, or email marketing is a plus

Technical Skills: Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools; Exposure to email marketing platforms preferred; Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools; Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics; Bonus points for TikTok content creation, basic video editing, or CRM experience

Desired Traits: Strong understanding of digital and social media trends; Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset; Passion for customer experience and brand-building

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 depending on experience

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position located in Rockville, Maryland. Candidates must live within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite five days per week. No remote or hybrid arrangements are available.
