A company is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to support the Customer Order Team and enhance process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries using SAP and departmental resources
Process standard orders and ensure timely invoicing of shipments
Communicate with distribution facilities to maintain on-time shipment and delivery
Qualifications
3+ years of multi-product Customer Service experience and/or previous sales experience
Experience with EDI and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400
Ability to work effectively under firm deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience managing a large customer base and high transaction volume
