Responsibilities
Lead commercial strategy and sales planning for key customers, aligning all initiatives with corporate goals
Manage and grow major customer accounts, delivering annual sales, profit targets, and long-term category growth
Oversee P&L performance, optimizing revenue, pricing, trade spend, and overall profitability
Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and promotional plans in partnership with brand and channel marketing teams
Drive cross-functional go-to-market execution, from product concept through launch, using research and competitive insights to meet customer needs
Guide forecasting, brand protection, and market strategy, collaborating with demand planning, marketing, and brand protection to ensure accurate forecasts, strong market positioning, and issue resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA a plus) and familiarity with the pet category preferred
5+ years in eCommerce sales and 8+ years managing key accounts
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and campaigns
Advanced analytical and financial skills, including KPI reporting, data interpretation, and communication with executive leadership
Solid understanding of eCommerce operations, contracts, and standard business terms, plus knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid search, and digital promotion strategies
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel domestically 10–20%
