Senior Brand Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to own and grow a large, established food CPG brand. This role is a true general manager opportunity—combining P&L ownership, brand strategy, innovation, and people leadership to drive profitable growth across channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full P&L for a $100MM+ brand, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin delivery
- Set the long‑term brand vision and lead annual and multi‑year operating plans
- Drive holistic brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, communications, and execution
- Lead close‑in innovation and renovation in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Oversee integrated marketing across media, digital, shopper marketing, and e‑commerce
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing brand team
- Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver business and financial results
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7–10+ years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG strongly preferred)
- Proven P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional influence skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
