Responsibilities
Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules & strategically plan internal workflow of the internal team to meet campaign deadlines
Manage day‑to‑day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents
Oversee utilization of team resources, ensuring that coverage is secured for all scoped projects, team out of office, and flagging the need for additional resources when necessary
Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members in all meetings to achieve the goal of the meeting or campaign milestone
Capture meeting notes & share meeting recaps after all internal team meetings
Book meeting rooms, order catering and plan logistics of meetings (whiteboards, pinning work, dressing the room)
Master of the team Google Drive, leading organization and storage of all campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notes
Handle media assets and trafficking, with a focus on paid social
Responsible for alerting Business counterpart when there is an issue that may impact the overall campaign schedule and client deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
Understands digital, social, and partnership media landscape
Collaborative, and does not work in silos
Organized and detail‑oriented
Ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive with an eye on the next step
Ability to work well with different personalities and backgrounds
Can keep the calm through stressful situations
Innate ability to bring team members together
Location
Given the nature of our team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $60,000–$75,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
