Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain the affiliate network.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with company objectives.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiate agreements and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, affiliate management, or partnership growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to execution.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with affiliate platforms, networks, or performance marketing.
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and strategies.
