Role Overview
We are looking for a
seasoned Field Marketer
with an
existing book of business in the Bay Area
who can immediately generate qualified referrals for private-pay home care services. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong relationships with
discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, fiduciaries, and related healthcare professionals
and knows how to convert trust into action.
This is a
relationship-first, results-driven role , not door knocking, not brand awareness only.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your
existing referral network
to generate
qualified private-pay home care leads
Maintain and grow relationships with:
Hospitals & discharge planners
Skilled nursing & rehab facilities
Assisted living & memory care communities
Geriatric care managers, fiduciaries, elder law contacts
Set up and support:
Warm introductions
In-person meetings and facility relationships
Community and professional touchpoints
Collaborate closely with the owner on:
Intake feedback
Conversion quality
Client fit and retention
Represent the agency professionally and ethically in the field
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Proven book of business in the Bay Area
related to senior care or healthcare referrals
Prior experience marketing
home care, hospice, home health, or senior services
Deep understanding of:
Private-pay home care decision-making
Family dynamics during care transitions
Strong credibility and trust within the local referral community
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working on performance-based terms
