We are looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and scale the company's growing creator portfolio. In this role, you will act as the primary day-to-day partner for creators after onboarding — ensuring smooth communication, operational excellence, and long-term relationship success. You’ll work closely with creators, Talent Managers, Media Buyers, and Operations teams to manage ongoing needs across performance reporting, finance, campaign coordination, and creator support. This is a critical client-facing role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building trusted relationships, and can balance both operational detail and strategic communication.
Your Key Responsibilities
Creator Relationship Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators.
Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate across internal teams including Media Buying, Finance, Operations, and Partnerships.
Manage creator requests related to campaign execution, reporting, payments, product selection, timelines, and troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth onboarding handoff from Talent Managers into long-term account management.
Assist creators with payout tracking, settlement timelines, invoicing coordination, and reporting clarification.
Help monitor performance pacing and communicate key business updates clearly and professionally.
Performance & Reporting
Work with internal teams to deliver performance insights and operational recommendations to creators.
Retention & Growth
Identify opportunities to deepen creator partnerships and improve retention.
Help creators maximize performance through operational excellence and strategic coordination.
What You Bring to the Table
1–3+ years of experience in Account Management, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable managing multiple creator accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and solve problems proactively.
Familiarity with creator economy, affiliate marketing, Amazon ecosystem, or influencer operations is highly preferred.
Experience working with agencies, creators, or media-buying teams is a strong plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
