General Purpose
This position plays a critical role in supporting WEHR’s business development efforts by managing and producing high‑quality proposals, qualifications, and interview materials for public and private construction opportunities. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to deliver polished, compliant, and on‑brand submissions that reflect WEHR's experience, values, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Review solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission criteria

Develop proposal schedules and track deliverables to ensure timely and compliant submissions

Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Executives, and Marketing team members

Ensure all proposals align with WEHR branding, messaging, and quality standards

Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate materials

Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required; Photoshop preferred

Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and or Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two (2) years of proposal coordination or marketing experience preferred. AEC industry experience strongly preferred.

Language Skills
This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret RFP documents and business correspondence, and the ability to write reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.

Reasoning Ability
This position requires the ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Certifications
None required.

License
This position requires a valid driver’s license.
