About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional AVP for a Luxury Maison with a focus on retail and commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building the brand in a strategically critical market, translating global and regional brand strategy to meet local market opportunities, and driving sales through the implementation of clienteling strategies. This role demands a true Omni-channel retailer with a deep understanding of retail strategy, operations, and a proven track record in driving sales and creating a compelling in-store experience for the luxury consumer. The Regional AVP will also be tasked with maintaining the core values of the brand, attracting and developing top talent, and serving as the brand ambassador in the local and regional markets.
Applicants for the Regional AVP position should be expert store leaders with a general management mindset, a strong affinity for the luxury sector, and a passion for the brand. The role requires a candidate with a global mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work in international environments. The ideal candidate will be a performance driver, a leader, and an organizational developer, with a proven ability to set and achieve KPIs, and to identify and implement new tools and methods to ensure the brand's continued growth. Strong commercial instincts, a high level of energy, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, be a brilliant influencer, and demonstrate a high level of empathy and integrity.
