We are seeking a talented

Social Media Intern

to join our team of nearly 500 employees to help us launch and grow our Instagram presence. You’ll create short‑form video content that highlights our workplace culture, job opportunities, and impact across the social sector—helping us connect with and attract top talent to our mission‑driven organization.

In this role, you will

Create and edit short‑form videos (Reels) featuring staff stories, culture, and careers at CCSI.

Contribute to the development of our Instagram strategy.

Capture content at internal events and in day‑to‑day work settings.

Track trends and help apply them in ways that feel authentic to CCSI.

Support content planning and posting.

What you bring

Proven experience creating short‑form video content for social media.

Proficiency with CapCut (required) and other video editing tools.

Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

A self‑starter who brings ideas and follows through.

Interest in using social media to support nonprofit branding and recruitment.
