Leading the development of performance-driven creative strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will translate business goals into scalable frameworks primarily for paid social channels, focusing on UGC-driven content while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and audience insights
Lead the development of high-quality creative briefs and oversee concept development for various platforms
Analyze creative performance to inform future strategies and ensure alignment with brand voice and performance goals
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends
Experience in owning creative strategy and connecting performance data to creative decisions
Excellent organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
