Leading the development of performance-driven creative strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will translate business goals into scalable creative frameworks for paid social channels, primarily focusing on Meta and TikTok, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Evolve creative strategy frameworks for paid social acquisition based on performance feedback
Lead the development of clear, high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and external creators
Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts optimized for conversion
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends
Experience owning creative strategy, not just execution
Strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions
