A company is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve creative strategy frameworks for paid social acquisition based on performance feedback
Lead the creation of high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and external creators, ensuring alignment with performance goals and brand voice
Analyze creative performance and use data to refine strategies and improve ROI across various formats
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends (TikTok, Meta)
Experience in owning creative strategy and connecting performance data to creative decisions
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment
