Seeking an experienced Designer for a growing athleisure division of a fashion client located near City of Industry, CA. This role focuses on women’s active and athleisure design, from concept through product development, in a fully onsite environment.

This role focuses on women’s active and athleisure design, from concept through product development, in a fully onsite environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept, design, and product development within the women’s active/athleisure category
- Partner with sales on private label accounts and execute graphics for co-branded programs
- Analyze sales trends and apply forecasting insights to support retail partner needs
- Prepare color and style CADs each season while designing to target cost expectations
- Communicate daily with factory partners on fabric and trim sourcing, development, tech packs, and approvals
- Manage sample timelines and ensure readiness for key appointment deadlines
- Review prototypes and participate in fit sessions alongside the technical design team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in women’s active/athleisure
Required Skills
- Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint
Note: Temp to Hire preferred, open to Fulltime for right candidate.
