What You'll Do Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your existing network
Reach out to potential talent to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings
Follow up with candidates to nurture interest and support their hiring journey
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews carried out, and hires stemming from your efforts
