Director of Marketing Analytics is a full-time role responsible for leading marketing measurement across various channels, driving data-driven decisions, and managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing measurement initiatives across owned channels, including personalization and promotional campaigns
Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Design and apply causal inference methodologies to isolate incremental impact and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced analytics or related roles, with 3+ years in a management position
Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign measurement and full-funnel marketing channels
Hands-on knowledge of running incrementality studies and causal inference methodologies
Experience in driving marketing measurement innovation and building high-performing teams
